         CDL has long focused on creating a sustainable environment. With almost two decades of CSR effort (and not to mention a range of Eco Awards) under their belt, learn how they implement green technology in their business practices.

    Title: Is it possible to do well by doing good? Building a Sustainable Business - The Standard Chartered Story

        A sustainability agenda is no longer a nice to have but an important and integral part of normal business operations. It helps companies to better understand their operating environment, engage stakeholders, enhance organisational efficiency and manage the potential risks. The presentation will cover questions such as what is sustainability and why is it important? It will also discuss the business case that supports a sustainability agenda using   practical examples from Standard Chartered Bank’s experiences across Asia Africa & the Middle East.

  5. Yellow Ribbon Project


    Title: Ex-convict: Condemned for LIFE?

    Date: 25th of March

    Time: 5.30pm – 8.30pm

    Venue: LT16

    Description:
        The Central Message of offering second chances and acceptance of the Yellow Ribbon Project (YRP) draws its inspiration from the song "Tie a Yellow Ribbon Round the Old Oak Tree". Into its sixth year, YRP have organised a series of events and activities to increase public awareness about issues of reintegration and also to help ex-offenders reintegrate back to society. This includes among others, providing social and financial assistance, as well as enabling them to be gainfully employed. Come! Join us to be a part of the movement!
